Conference for individuals with spinal cord injuries, family members, caregivers and professionals.  

Join the Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association on Friday, October 7th, 2022 for our 7th Annual Push Forward Educational Conference, an all-day interactive conference for individuals with spinal cord injuries, family members, caregivers, and professionals. The conference is FREE to attend for consumers and one family member/caregiver. For additional family members, professionals, and students to attend, it is $40.

Brain Health CEO & Leadership Breakfast

The 2022 Brain Health CEO/Leadership Breakfast will be held via Zoom on
Friday, October 7, 2022 at 7:30am-9:30am AZ Time (MST-PHX).

You’re invited to help celebrate individuals and organizations creating new paths in the research and treatment of brain injuries.

The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona’s Advisory Council is partnering with leaders throughout the state to present the 2022 Arizona’s Brain Health CEO-Leadership Breakfast for community leaders, CEO’s, and neuro professionals. 

The goal of the breakfast is to increase awareness and advocacy for this important work throughout the state. Please join us.

Local Community Partners

The Governor’s Council teams up with local organizations and partners to help raise awareness and educate the public on brain injury, neuro-impaiment and spinal cord injury.


Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona hosts virtual and in-person events every month to help support survivors, family members, and professionals! Those include events include social, educational and support groups. They also provide resource facilitation to survivors, family members, and professionals.


Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association hosts in person and virtual events every month to consumers, family, and friends. Check out their website for more information and how to register. 


Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors work with individuals with disabilities to assist them in attaining employment and becoming or remaining economically self-sufficient.

The Department’s broad mission encompasses behavioral health, disease prevention and control, health promotion, community public health, environmental health, maternal and child health, and emergency preparedness.
