Brain Injury Basics & Self Care After Injury

The 2nd Tuesday of every month, join BIAAZ for a LIVE VIRTUAL discussion on the basics of brain injury and the importance of self-care after injury.

Time: 11:30 am- 12:30 pm (AZ)

Knowing the basics of brain injury, even after the initial event, can be a vital tool in your recovery. Brain Injury is a chronic, evolving condition, not just a one-time event. Understanding the injury helps manage delayed symptoms, recognize behavioral changes, and aids in long-term rehabilitation. It is crucial for preventing secondary injuries, optimizing recovery, and managing long-term, complex changes.
